Drugs and drugs and pubic hair, and hippie litter everywhere,
But love and peace were in the air.
I've looked at drugs that way.
Now the scars will hardly heal. The love and peace were hardly real.
So many things I've yet to feel,
But drugs got
in my way.
I've looked at drugs from both sides now, from up and down, but still somehow,
It's drug's illusions I recall.
I never did
find truth at all.
